Layered-Shell Model with PlaneStressUserMaterial This first course discusses the layered-shell model developed by the Tsingshua University research group on Disaster Prevention and Mitigation. Viewers will learn to model shear-walls with this shell element within STKO, and how to use the layered cross sections for creating composite cross sections with layers of concrete and rebars.

Modeling RC Shear Walls in OpenSees and STKO
This short course explain the essential steps for setting up simulations of RC Shear Walls. The course outlines various modeling approaches, including the use of beams, shells, and solid elements. Each session is specifically tailored to address a distinct methodology, ultimately culminating in a Round Table discussion and Q&A segment.
